The material of the walls also matters. Since the groove is obtained by removing material from under the tool disk, all dust and stone fragments fall into the worker. Even when performing such work in walls made of foam or aerated concrete, the need for dust collection is very important, since fine dust will remain in the air for a long time.

In a professional wall chaser, all these problems are solved by connecting a vacuum cleaner with a cyclone filter to the tool. Ordinary mesh ones will become clogged with gating products within a few seconds of continuous operation of the wall chaser.

  1. On a lathe, make an elongated nut with an internal thread, like the spindle of an angle grinder, and an external thread for the clamping nut, which also needs to be made. Take several washers to adjust the width of the groove.
  2. Screw the extended nut onto the grinder spindle.
  3. Install the first disk. Then the required number of washers and a second disk.
  4. Secure the structure with a clamping nut.

  1. To make the sole, take a profile pipe. Cut it lengthwise and weld two parts perpendicularly.
  2. Cut out the cheeks from a metal sheet and weld them to the sole.
  3. Take the pan and cut it.
  4. Make a hole in the bottom with a diameter similar to the standard casing of an angle grinder.
  5. Weld the clamp.
  6. Cut off the part of the pan below the opening. Cut out the amplifier from metal and weld it.
  7. Make a side frame for the casing from a metal sheet.
  8. Boil it to the pan.
  9. Cut a fitting from the squeegee and weld it to the hole in the pan.
  10. Take a plumbing elbow and place it on the pipe. Thanks to the internal elastic band, the outlet is firmly attached and can be rotated in any direction. It will include a hose from a vacuum cleaner.
  11. Drill a hole at the top of the pan and secure any handle with a bolt. For example, wooden.
  12. Insert the rollers into the sole and secure with lock washers. To adjust the cutting depth, use a screw with a lock nut. Assemble the device.
